FitAiNest may process account information, profile and goal settings, wellness logs, meal and exercise activity, water and sleep entries, mood and behavior signals, device or app context, coaching interactions, recommendation outcomes and subscription status when you choose to use those features.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, personalize plans and coaching, generate analysis and recommendations, maintain account security, support requested exports or deletion, troubleshoot the product and improve reliability and safety.

AI processing

Some FitAiNest features use AI systems to generate coaching, summaries, recommendations or analysis from the context available to the service. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as guidance rather than professional medical advice.

Service providers

FitAiNest may rely on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, subscription, storage and AI service providers where necessary to operate the product. We limit shared information to what is reasonably required for those services and apply contractual or technical safeguards where available.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations and the retention behavior described in the app. You can use available account, export and deletion controls or contact us for help with a privacy request.
