FitAiNest provides controls for accessing, exporting and deleting supported account and chat data.
In-app controls
Use Privacy & Data in the FitAiNest application for available export, chat-history and account controls.
Request an export
Where supported, you can request a copy of data associated with your account. Large or complex requests may require additional processing time or identity verification.
Correct or update information
Many profile, goal and preference fields can be changed directly in the app. For information that cannot be corrected there, contact support or privacy.
Privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.
